Where are services purchased online performed?
All treatments purchased through our online shop are performed at New Age Medspa, located inside the IPMS building in Anchorage, Alaska.
Who performs the treatments?
Services are provided by our experienced, licensed injectors and skincare specialists, trained in the latest techniques for safe, natural-looking results.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind after purchase?
We do not offer refunds, but the value of your purchase is fully bankable for up to one year. If you change your mind, you can apply the purchase toward another service of equal or greater value.
How long do I have to use a purchased service?
All online service purchases are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I transfer my purchased service to someone else?
Purchased services are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.
Do I need to book an appointment after buying online?
Yes. After purchasing your service, please call or book online to schedule your appointment at a time that works for you.
Can I buy multiple sessions or packages at once?
Absolutely. Packages are available for many treatments and can save you money compared to purchasing single sessions. All package purchases follow the same 1-year bankable policy.
What if I’m not sure which treatment is right for me?
No problem. You can still purchase online and then apply your balance toward the service recommended during your in-person consultation. This ensures your purchase is always a good fit for your skin and goals.
