First-Time Guests
We can’t wait to welcome you! Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment to allow time for check-in and to complete your intake forms.

Running Late?
Life happens—we get it. If you’re delayed, we’ll do our best to give you the full experience. However, your treatment time may be shortened to stay on schedule for other guests.


Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

  • Late cancellations and No-Shows will incur a $50 fee.


Pricing & Promotions

  • All prices, services, and products are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. If you qualify for more than one, we’ll apply whichever is greater—no need to choose.


Payments & Insurance

We do not bill insurance, but some FSA/HSA cards are accepted—please check with your provider for eligibility.
We accept:
Cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cherry Financing, and New Age Medspa gift cards.
We also honor Alle Rewards for Botox treatments.
Note: We do not accept personal checks.


Gift Cards & Certificates

  • Gift cards may be used for any service or product.

  • They are not redeemable for cash.

  • Please mention gift certificates when booking.

  • Gift certificates and series packages are non-refundable.


Refund Policy

  • Services: No refunds on services already performed or pre-purchased packages.

  • Products: All product sales are final—no refunds or exchanges.

  • Neuromodulators: Additional touch-up units require a separate charge.

  • Prescription items: Cannot be returned or exchanged due to federal law.


Booking Appointments

A credit card is required to secure all appointments made online.


Health Considerations

  • Please let us know about any medical conditions or concerns prior to your visit.

  • Some conditions may require physician clearance before treatment.


Feeling Under the Weather?

If you’re sick, have a cold sore, or are recovering from a sunburn, please reschedule. We want everyone (including you!) to feel their best.


Phone Use

Please silence your phone and avoid taking calls during your visit to maintain a peaceful environment for all.


Children Policy

For safety and serenity, children are not allowed in treatment rooms.


Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior. Likewise, you have the right to pause or stop any treatment at any time.
