DaxTober: Daxxify at $11 a Unit
All October, Daxxify is $11 a unit instead of $13, for any area and any amount. If you want a full-face treatment, face and neck, it's $1,200 for up to 120 units in one visit, with a free touch-up within four weeks. That works out to $10 a unit.

A full face is the right plan for some people and too much for others. I'll set your dose in the chair, and if you need less, the $11 per-unit price is there for you. I'd rather you leave with the right treatment than the advertised one.

The longest-lasting of the three, going into the dark months
Daxxify, Botox, and Dysport all relax the same muscles. Daxxify is stabilized with a peptide instead of human albumin, and for many people it simply lasts longer. In the clinical trials for frown lines, results commonly held around six months, compared with the three to four months most people expect from Botox or Dysport.
That matters more in Anchorage than most places. A treatment in October can carry you through the holidays and into late winter instead of fading out in December.
Common questions
What does "full face" include?
The face and neck, with Natasha or Brie deciding where the units go based on your anatomy and goals. That commonly means the forehead, frown lines, crow's feet, and areas like bunny lines, the chin, the corners of the mouth, and neck bands. Masseters (jaw slimming) are not included. Everything is placed in one visit.
What if my plan comes in under 120 units?
Then we'll tell you in the chair. The full-face price is $1,200 whether you need 110 units or 120. If your plan is noticeably lighter, the October per-unit price of $11 may cost you less, and we'll walk you through the numbers before anything is drawn up.
How does the free touch-up work?
If anything needs adjusting after your full-face treatment, come back within four weeks and the touch-up is included. Most people see results start within a few days and full effect at about two weeks, which is the right time to check in. After four weeks, touch-ups are at regular pricing.
Can I buy it now and use it later?
Yes. Buy the full-face package online or in clinic by October 31, and you can use it any time within 12 months of purchase. The $11 per-unit price applies to treatments done in October.
Is Daxxify approved for all these areas?
Daxxify is FDA approved for frown lines between the brows. Treating other areas of the face and neck is off-label, which is common practice with all three neuromodulators. We'll talk through what that means for you at your appointment. More on Daxxify here.
I'm happy with Botox. Should I switch?
Not necessarily. If Botox or Dysport works well for you, that's a good reason to stay. If you've been frustrated by how quickly your results fade, Daxxify is worth trying, and October is a sensible month to try it.
Does my Radiance Membership discount apply?
No. October pricing is already discounted, so membership pricing doesn't stack on top of it. Referral credit does apply, and Cherry financing is available.

This year's PFD is $1,000, plus a $200 energy relief payment. We priced this package at exactly one dividend: SkinPen microneedling, Botox or Dysport for your forehead, 11s, and crow's feet, and a ZO Skin Health kit to take home. Normally $1,500.

Botox or Dysport: which should I choose?
They're priced the same, so choose on what works for you. If you've had one before and liked it, stay with it. If you're new, your injector will talk through the difference. Dysport is dosed on a different unit scale, so the unit count will look different, but the treatment areas are the same.
Is this one appointment or two?
Plan on two. The injection and the SkinPen treatment are with different providers, and we'll help you time them so each has space to settle. You can book both when you buy.
Can I buy it now and use it later?
Yes. Buy online or in clinic by October 31 and use it any time within 12 months of purchase. ZO kits are limited, so we'll set yours aside when you buy.
Do I have to pay with my PFD?
No. The name is a nod to the timing, not a requirement. Anyone can buy it, and Cherry financing is available.
Does Radiance Membership pricing apply?
No. The package is already discounted, so membership pricing doesn't stack. Referral credit does apply.

What's the downtime?
Expect a few days of redness and some dryness or sensitivity after microneedling, Potenza, or LaseMD. Most people are back to normal routines within a day or two and look settled within a week. For Total Skin Rejuvenation, we'll plan the spacing between treatments with you. If you have an event coming up, our event-ready planner will help you time it.
When will I see results?
Some glow shows within a week. The real change is collagen, which builds over the following one to three months. That's another reason October is a good time to start: your skin is still improving through the holidays.
What is Pure PDGF?
A growth factor serum applied immediately after treatment. The micro-channels from microneedling and RF let it absorb well, and it's used to support healing and recovery.
Can I buy now and use it later?
Yes. Buy Total Skin or Collagen Rejuvenation online, or in clinic, by October 31 and use it any time within 12 months of purchase.
Is microneedling safe for my skin type?
For most people, yes, but some skin conditions and medications change the plan. That's what the consultation is for. We'll ask about your history first, and if a different treatment would serve you better, we'll say so. More on RF microneedling here.

Lip Filler: 50% Off
One syringe of lip filler for $375, half our regular $750 rate, with Brie only, through October 20 or while product lasts. We have a limited amount of lip filler nearing its expiration date, and we'd rather pass the savings on than let it go to waste. In exchange, we ask that you're comfortable being photographed and willing to share a story tagging Brie and New Age Medspa.
Nearing its expiration date, not its effectiveness
Dermal filler carries a manufacturer expiration date. We have product from this batch expiring at the end of October. It's fully effective and safe to use right up until then.
This special is with Brie only. She's conservative with lips, especially on a first visit. She'd rather build gradually than overfill, so come in with an honest sense of what you're hoping for and she'll tell you what's realistic in one syringe.

What if I don't want to post on social media?
Then this particular special isn't the right fit. Lip filler at our regular $750 rate is always available with any of our injectors, no posting required.
Can I buy it now and use it later?
No. Unlike the other October offers, this one can't be banked, because the product itself expires at the end of the month. Treatment must be done by October 20.
How much filler do I get?
One syringe. Some people need more to reach their goals, especially on a first treatment. Brie will tell you honestly what one syringe can do.
Can I combine it with other offers?
No. It doesn't combine with Radiance Membership pricing, Brie's filler model call, or other promotions.

Be Brie's Filler Model
Still open. Brie is looking for a small number of filler models for facial balancing, lip enhancement, or another area you agree on together, at $250 off per syringe, in exchange for sharing your results.
Brie came to aesthetics from acute care, the same clinical road I took from trauma and cardiac ICU nursing. She's conservative, she takes her time on consultations, and she'd rather you come back for a touch-up than walk out overdone.
Can I combine the model call with the lip filler special?
No. The two don't combine. If you qualify for the model call, it covers more syringes and areas; if you only want one syringe of lip filler by October 20, the lip special is simpler.

Monthly specials are nice, but they're a poor way to plan skincare. You end up timing treatments around our calendar instead of your own. These are always available, and for most regular clients they add up to more than any single promotion.
Our membership program, built for people who are here regularly anyway. Members receive standing discounts and perks across treatments and retail. If you come in a few times a year for tox, facials, or ZO products, it generally pays for itself. Membership pricing doesn't stack with October specials, but it applies to everything else, every month.
