A career in aesthetics, built the right way.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is ready to grow — not just take a job. If you have a strong clinical foundation and want to build real expertise in aesthetic medicine, we will invest in you.

Aesthetic experience is preferred, but it is not a dealbreaker for the right candidate. What matters most is your judgment, your professionalism, and your commitment to patient safety. The rest we can teach.

At New Age Medspa, we do not chase volume. We build relationships. Every treatment plan we develop is individualized, evidence-informed, and designed around what the patient actually needs — not what's easiest to sell. That standard applies to how we hire, too.

"I built this practice around one idea: that patients deserve a provider who will be honest with them, not just agreeable. If that's how you practice nursing too, we'd love to talk."

— Natasha Sherrill, FNP-C  |  Founder, New Age Medspa

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments — neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulatory treatments — following training and established protocols
  • Administer vitamin injections and IV therapies in accordance with medical guidelines
  • Perform and assist with energy-based device treatments (laser, RF) following training and protocols
  • Conduct thorough consultations and develop individualized, results-based treatment plans
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, risks, and aftercare — clearly and honestly
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation including charting, consents, and before-and-after photography
  • Adhere to all clinical safety standards and practice protocols at all times
  • Monitor patient outcomes and appropriately manage or escalate any concerns
  • Collaborate with providers and estheticians to deliver a cohesive, high-level patient experience
  • Participate in ongoing education, training, and skill development
  • Contribute to practice growth through patient education and approved marketing participation

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Alaska — or the ability to obtain one
  • Aesthetic experience preferred — but not required. Training provided for the right person.
  • Strong clinical foundation with a genuine commitment to patient safety and ethical practice
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment without losing attention to detail
  • Professional, dependable, and accountable — someone who owns their outcomes
  • Receptive to feedback and genuinely committed to continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills — warmth matters here
  • Collaborative mindset — we're a small, close team and we all show up for each other
  • Flexible scheduling including 1–2 Saturdays per month
  • Current BLS certification required

Common Questions About This Role

Not necessarily. Aesthetic experience is preferred, but we are open to training a nurse who has strong clinical judgment and the right attitude. What we cannot teach is professionalism, accountability, and a genuine commitment to patients — that has to come from you. If you have those things, reach out and we will talk about the rest.
The range of $25–$60/hr reflects experience level, aesthetic background, and role structure. Compensation is discussed honestly during the interview process — we do not play games with pay. If you are coming in for training, you will start at the lower end and grow from there as your skills and clinical confidence develop.
We are open to both. Our clinic is open Tuesday through Saturday, and scheduling is something we work out together based on what makes sense for the role and the candidate. We do ask for flexibility on 1–2 Saturdays per month, as that is a high-demand day for us.
The core of this role is injectables — neuromodulators like Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify, plus dermal fillers and biostimulatory treatments like Sculptra. Depending on your development, you may also assist with IV therapy and device-based treatments like LaseMD Ultra and RF microneedling.
We are a small, intentional team. We do not operate on volume or pressure-sell treatments. Every patient gets a real consultation, honest expectations, and a treatment plan that actually fits their goals. We take our work seriously and we support each other — if that sounds like the environment you want to be in, we would love to hear from you. You can learn more about our team on our about page.
