Botox injections
The most trusted name in wrinkle reduction — softened lines and a rested look, with movement you keep.
$14 per unit
The gold standard in non-surgical wrinkle reduction
Botox is the most well-known and widely used cosmetic injectable in the world. This FDA-approved treatment uses botulinum toxin type A to temporarily smooth moderate to severe wrinkles and fine lines — particularly in the upper face.
It works by temporarily blocking signals from nerves to muscles. When injected into specific facial muscles, it prevents them from contracting — softening existing lines and helping keep them from deepening over time.
At New Age Medspa, Botox is administered by our nurse practitioner injectors — Natasha Sherrill, FNP-C, owner and founder, and Brie Freckleton, AGACNP — both trained to create natural, refreshed results. Never frozen, never overdone.
A 20-minute treatment, start to finish
A seamless experience from consultation to aftercare — with no downtime required.
Consultation
Your injector — Natasha or Brie — evaluates your facial anatomy, discusses your concerns, and builds a plan tailored to your goals.
Preparation
The treatment area is cleansed and marked. Most patients don't require numbing, though ice or topical anesthetic is available.
Precise injection
Using an ultra-fine needle, Botox is injected into targeted muscles. The sensation is brief — most describe it as a small pinch.
Post-treatment
Return to your day immediately. We'll send you home with aftercare guidelines to optimize your results.
Your results timeline
Botox doesn't work the moment you leave. You'll notice less movement first, then softer lines, with the full result at about two weeks.
Timelines are typical ranges, not guarantees. Results vary with dose, muscle strength, metabolism, and treatment area.
FDA-approved & off-label uses
During your consultation, we'll assess which areas will best address your concerns.
Primary treatment areas
- Frown lines (glabellar lines) — vertical lines between the eyebrows
- Forehead lines — horizontal wrinkles across the forehead
- Crow's feet — lines radiating from the outer corners of the eyes
- Neck bands (platysma bands) — vertical bands on the neck, approved in October 2024
Additional treatment options
- Bunny lines (nose wrinkles)
- Lip flip — subtle upper lip enhancement
- Chin dimpling
- Jawline slimming (masseter reduction)
- Gummy smile correction
- Brow lift
These are common off-label uses. We'll tell you at your consultation which ones make sense for your goals, and which don't.

Frequently asked questions about Botox
How long does Botox last?
Botox typically lasts 3–4 months. Movement returns gradually, so most people rebook when they notice lines starting to form again. Duration varies with dose, metabolism, muscle strength, and treatment area. If your results fade faster than you'd like, ask about Daxxify.
Does Botox hurt?
Most patients report minimal discomfort — a small pinch or pressure. We use ultra-fine needles and advanced injection techniques for maximum comfort. Ice or topical numbing is available if you're particularly sensitive, though most patients don't need it.
What's the difference between Botox and fillers?
Botox relaxes muscles to treat dynamic wrinkles caused by movement. Dermal fillers add volume to smooth static wrinkles and restore facial contours. Many patients use both for comprehensive results — we can walk you through the right combination at your consult.
Will I look frozen or unnatural?
No. When administered by a skilled injector, Botox provides natural-looking results — you'll maintain facial expressions while enjoying smoother skin. The "frozen" look comes from over-treatment or improper technique, something our conservative dosing philosophy is built to avoid.
When will I see my Botox results?
Most people start to notice less movement in 3–7 days. Lines keep softening through the second week, and the full result shows at about two weeks. That's when we see you for your follow-up, so wait until then before judging whether anything needs adjusting. If you're planning around an event, book at least two weeks ahead.
Can I earn Allē rewards points on Botox?
Yes. Botox earns points through Allē, Allergan's free rewards program, and those points can be redeemed as savings on future treatments. Sign up before your visit and give the front desk the email or phone number you used, so your points are applied at checkout.
Can I get Botox while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Botox is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Its safety hasn't been established in pregnancy or while nursing. We advise waiting until after you've finished breastfeeding to resume treatments.
What should I avoid after Botox?
- Lying flat for 4 hours after injection
- Rubbing or massaging the treated area
- Strenuous exercise
- Excessive heat (saunas, hot yoga, hot tubs)
- Alcohol
- Facial treatments or massages
How many units of Botox will I need?
This varies by muscle strength, goals, and areas treated. As a rough guide: frown lines often take 10–25 units, forehead 8–20, and crow's feet 12–24. Your consultation includes a personalized recommendation with an exact quote before anything begins.
Are there side effects from Botox?
Botox is very safe when administered by a trained medical professional. Common temporary side effects include mild bruising or swelling at injection sites, temporary redness, slight headache, and minor tenderness. Serious side effects are rare but can include eyelid drooping, asymmetry, or allergic reaction. We use precise techniques to minimize all risks and review your full medical history first.
How do I prepare for my Botox appointment?
- Avoid optional blood thinners (ibuprofen, fish oil) for 7 days prior. Never stop a prescribed medication without asking your prescriber
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before
- Come with a clean face — no makeup
- Bring a list of current medications
- Stay hydrated
