Softer lines, still your face
Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify temporarily block the nerve signal that tells a muscle to contract. When the muscle can't fully engage, the skin over it smooths out, softening forehead lines, the frown lines between the brows, and crow's feet.
Every injection at New Age is performed by a nurse practitioner: me or Brie. No one else. We both came to aesthetics from critical and acute care, and that background shows up in how carefully we read anatomy and how conservatively we dose.
The most common thing I hear from new patients is "I don't want to look frozen." Good. Neither do we. The goal is a refreshed version of you, not a different person.

Natasha founded New Age after years in trauma and cardiac ICU nursing. She focuses on natural-looking results and women's health, and she'll tell you plainly when a treatment isn't the right answer.
Brie came to aesthetics from acute care, the same clinical road Natasha took. She's conservative, takes her time on consultations, and would rather you come back for a touch-up than walk out overdone.

All three are botulinum toxin type A. They differ in formulation, onset, and how long they tend to last. We'll recommend one at your consultation and explain why.
Botox Cosmetic
The original and most widely studied neuromodulator. In October 2024 it also became FDA approved for platysma bands in the neck.

Daxxify
Albumin-free, with a peptide stabilizer. In its trials for frown lines, results lasted about six months at the median. In Alaska, a fall treatment can carry you through the dark months.

Timelines are typical ranges or published trial results, not promises. Dose, muscle strength, metabolism, and treatment area all change how quickly a neuromodulator works and how long it lasts. I'd rather you have accurate expectations than be disappointed.

Who does injections at New Age Medspa?

How do you choose between Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify?
All three relax the same muscles. The choice usually comes down to how quickly you want results, how long you want them to last, how you've responded before, and budget. Botox and Dysport are priced the same here. If your results have been fading faster than you'd like, Daxxify is worth a conversation.
How long does Daxxify last compared with Botox?
Botox and Dysport typically last three to four months. In Daxxify's clinical trials for frown lines, the median duration was about six months, and some people held longer. Your own result depends on dose, muscle strength, metabolism, and area, so we'll set expectations at your consultation rather than promise a number.
Does Botox hurt?
Most people describe a brief pinch at each injection point. It takes a few minutes, there's no downtime, and you can go back to your day afterward. If you have an event coming up, our event-ready planner will help you time it so you're at full effect.
What is the two-week follow-up for?
Neuromodulators reach full effect at about two weeks. The follow-up is when we check symmetry and movement, confirm the dose was right for you, and record what to adjust next time.
Can I use my Radiance Membership or manufacturer rewards?
Radiance Membership pricing applies to regularly priced treatments, but doesn't stack on October specials like DaxTober. Manufacturer rewards are separate and free: Botox earns points through Allē, Dysport through ASPIRE Rewards, and Daxxify through REVA Rewards.
