New Age Medspa currently ships skincare products within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to reshipping services or freight forwarders.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are prepared by our clinical team within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
You will receive tracking information once the package has been handed to the carrier.
WEATHER & TEMPERATURE PROTECTION
Because medical-grade skincare formulas contain active ingredients and emulsions that may be affected by extreme temperatures, shipments may be delayed during severe weather conditions to protect product stability.
We reserve the right to temporarily hold shipment if temperatures could compromise product quality.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, New Age Medspa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Orders returned due to incorrect address will require additional shipping charges to resend.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If a product arrives damaged:

Include photo of packaging + product
We will evaluate and replace if carrier damage is confirmed.
