Your default is a facial — but any month you'd rather have a wellness shot, just say so. No penalty, no complicated rules. Choose based on what your body and skin need right now.
Choose any one of our four facial treatments — provider will help you pick based on your skin's current needs.
Skip the facial and swap for a wellness injection instead — great for months when energy, immunity, or skin brightness is the priority.

What our clients ask
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Radiance is month-to-month with no long-term contract. We ask for 30 days notice to cancel, and your benefits remain active through the end of your final billing period. No cancellation fees.
What happens if I don't use my monthly treatment?
You're allowed to roll over one unused month credit per year — so if life gets busy and you miss a month, you won't lose it entirely. Credits beyond that expire at month end, so we'd encourage you to schedule early if your schedule tends to fill up.
Can I swap my facial for a wellness shot any month?
Yes — any month, just let us know when you book. Your monthly treatment can be any of our four facials or any wellness shot (Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Lipo-Mino, Glutathione, or NAD+). No penalty, no complicated rules. Choose what your body needs that month.
What's the neuromodulator member rate exactly?
As a Radiance member, your neuromodulator rate drops to $12 per unit, compared to the standard $14/unit. For a typical treatment of 40 units, that's a savings of $80 per visit — and it's one of the most common ways members find the membership pays for itself quickly.
Does the 15% discount stack with other specials?
Member pricing and active promotions generally don't stack — we'll always apply whichever gives you the better rate. If a current special is deeper than 15%, you'll get the special pricing. We'll always be transparent about what makes the most sense for your visit.
When does billing happen?
Billing runs monthly on the date you enroll. Your benefits begin immediately — you don't have to wait for the next billing cycle to access your included treatment or member pricing. We'll walk through all the details when you enroll in person or over the phone.
I'm already a regular client. Does my history carry over?
Absolutely — your treatment history, provider notes, and relationship are already in your chart. Joining Radiance doesn't change any of that. It just adds your member benefits on top of everything we already know about your skin.
